SAJ Engineering is an esteemed setting out/site engineering company established in 2006 by Sajee Embogama. Since the beginning the management has shown keen interest in developing the skills and knowledge of the recruits to set a high benchmark. This has led to setting up a separate department for careers and developments within SAJ Engineering.

The company has been conducting regular workshops for the junior engineers and constantly introducing new advanced technology and methodologies to the company. SAJ Engineering is now venturing on extending their expertise to mould new engineers into experts in the industry. These workshops and courses are designed to give hands-on practical experience and site exposure to the engineers who are looking to get into the industry and climb the professional ladder.

The Careers Development team is equipped with years of work experience all across the UK working with the leading contractors in the construction industry. The training programmes are set out and constantly upgraded to ensure the technical knowledge and skills are up to date and match perfectly with the current practice. Also the provision of training to use a range of advanced instruments will give the trainees the opportunity to experience the real world of site engineering.
